Service Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Rockies Transfer. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our premium transportation services throughout the Canadian Rockies.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions before making your reservation.
Round Trip Additional Charges
For Round Trips, additional pick-up(s) and/or drop-off(s) will incur extra charges depending on the distance. These charges will be calculated based on the additional mileage and communicated to you before confirming your booking.
Payment Terms
The Rockies Transfer must be paid in full at the beginning of any event/run at pick-up time at the first address. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. Payment must be completed before service begins.
Vehicle Capacity Limits
Our vehicle cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity of 14 passengers. This limit is strictly enforced for safety and legal compliance. Additional passengers will require booking a second vehicle.
Punctuality and Wait Time Policy
It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If the client exceeds the 15-minute grace period, they will be charged $85.00 for every 30 minutes. Please note that The Rockies Transfer cannot guarantee the availability of overtime for the vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
The Rockies Transfer regrets that we are not responsible for any articles left in our vehicles, nor are we held liable for any unforeseen delays or inconvenience caused to clients due to roadway or weather conditions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
No Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, or any other tobacco or cannabis products. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service and additional cleaning fees.
Conduct and Safety Policy
The Rockies Transfer reserves the right to terminate the run or to eject any objectionable person or those using drugs, intoxicants, or engaging in unsafe behavior at the discretion of the driver. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
An additional 25% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations within 48 hours of any event, and a partial amount of 35% will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Rest Stop Policy
In the event you need to use the bathroom (rest stop), The Rockies Transfer will accommodate one stop not exceeding 10 minutes, whereby all passengers can also use the bathroom. Please keep in mind this may affect the travel time.
Safety Requirements
Clients are to be seated at all times while the vehicle is moving. We will not be held responsible for any injuries suffered by any client or their guests who fail to remain seated during transport.
Damage Policy
Any damages occurred inside/outside the vehicle by the customer will result in cancellation of service, or the customer will be charged for damages on the spot by the driver/company. Damage assessment will be documented with photos.
Booking Information
All information provided from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without The Rockies Transfer's acceptance. Changes to pickup times, locations, or passenger count must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
Airport Waiting Time Policy
Waiting time for international arrivals at YYC: no charge for the first 45 minutes after actual flight arrives. For domestic arrivals: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time. After these periods, charges may apply based on the vehicle's hourly rate plus additional airport fees.
Currency and Pricing
All prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment must be made in Canadian currency or equivalent credit card transaction. Exchange rates for foreign currency will be calculated at current market rates.
